Hi, I'm Maliyah S Franklin, and I'm the founder and owner of The Health Factory. The Health Factory started as a way for me to share health information that an average person may not understand or feel isn't that important. Throughout my master's program, I learned that most of society is highly affected by health disparities and a lack of health literacy. 

Quality of life is much more than chronic illness, hygiene issues, nutrition, and stress management. And not to say those aren't important because they are. I want you to understand that quality of life is affected by education, transportation, mental health, nutrition, environment, and so much more, which causes the need for chronic illness, hygiene issues, and not being able to handle everyday life stressors that cause other health issues. This website is dedicated to sharing these topics and much more.

My mission is to build a community that helps each other reach their goals by sharing knowledge and resources. Hence, Humans Building Humans.
